In the video, a group of protesters exits the downtown mall turning on to Water St. with many anti-protestors following. The car also follows them in the direction of the eventual attack. It seems to me that this video could perhaps indicate that the attack was orchestrated by the the protesters on foot and the car itself leading the anti-protesters away from the downtown mall where police were concentrated to a more remote area.
